ORDERS

To place your order, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you discover something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  • After adding the products in cart you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either login to your existing Faconn account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

**Fill all the details correctly to avoid any hindrance in your order delivery. **

Once you place your order successfully, you will receive an email confirming your order details and your order ID. If still you can’t find it anywhere, go check out your Account page on the website.

We have linked up with several reputable courier companies to deliver your orders right to your door within 4-10 company days depending on where you live.

  • Since most of the products we sell are manufactured by us. We conduct quality checks before we send out a product to you so you get the best with every order you place.
  • So, it may take maximum of anywhere between 3 to 4 working days before the shipment goes out from our warehouse.
  • If this is not the case then please share your query in detail along with the order id number either on our customer care number +91-9999899504 ( Monday to Friday : 11 A.m to 6 P.m.) or write us at sayhi@faconn.com.

  • You will receive a revert from us within 24-36 working hours exclusive of business holidays.

Our website doesn’t offer self cancellation. One has to inform us to do so on your behalf. We have different cancellation policies for different products:

  • For Grabox, if the order has not been shipped, the order will be cancelled without any charges. Once the order is shipped it can’t be cancelled in any case.
  • For any product which includes customized printing, cancellation is not possible by any means as the product is especially made for you.
  • For any other products, except which are included in the above two points,
    • If the product has been shipped there will be a cancellation charge of Rs.100/- on the order.
    • If the order has not been shipped there will be no cancellation charges.

  • Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.
  • If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbor/security guard.
  • If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception.
  • If you think that isn’t the case, please reach out to us at sayhi@faconn.com
  • If your order has not been shipped yet kindly inform us with your new address, it will simply be shipped to the changed address.
  • If your order has been shipped, there are great chances that it can be redirected easily if the new address is of the same pin code. For the same kindly contact us on sayhi@faconn.com or +91-9999899504 (Monday to Friday: 11 A.m to 6 P.m.)
  • If your order has been shipped and new address is of another city, it can’t be redirected. In such case please call us immediately so that we can inform our courier partner to send the shipment back to us.

  • Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
  • Please Note: All make to customize orders such as Mobile covers, mugs, posters etc. will be shipped out 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
  • Faconn provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 599/- in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 60 is payable only on orders below Rs. 599/-
  • The above shipping criterion is not valid for Grabox category as Grabox has its own shipping policies.

 

PAYMENT

As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally auto reversed by banks within 10 business days.

If there was no payment failure & still the amount got debited, you can write to us at sayhi@faconn.com or call us on our helpline, and we’ll help sort things out.

What are the charges that will apply on my order?

We ensure there are no hidden charges in our entire checkout process. If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method then an additional charge of Rs.75/- will be applicable.

The price of the products you see are inclusive of taxes.

  • In a few pin codes, we are unable to provide the cash-on-delivery payment option currently.
  • In few specific products which include customization, cash on delivery is not available.
  • In both the cases, you may however, opt for any other mode of payment such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or using an Online Wallet.

RETURN, REFUND EXCHANGE

  1. For any product which includes customized printing return is not available as it is especially made for you.
  2. For Grabox, return is only possible if you have received damaged or incorrect product. If still you wish to return, Rs.100/- will be the cancellation charges.
  3. Return is available for selected range of products which can be done within 7 days. No return request will be entertained after that.

For return you can write us at sayhi@faconn.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup for you. If reverse pickup is not available you need to self ship the order via Speed post to the address below:

However in such case maximum of Rs.100/- will be refunded to your Faconn wallet. Kindly share the receipt along with your order id on sayhi@faconn.com

(Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered)

  1. Wallet refund will get credited within 24-36 hours of your product being delivered after checking all the products.
  2. Payment Gateway refund process takes 4 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays. However a notification for the refund initiation will be sent within 24-36 hours.

We do not have an exchange policy.

Generally, we take 3-4 working days to pick up your order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. If it has been longer, please reach out to us with the following information:

  1. Your Order/s Number
  2. Please describe the issue.

You can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed-Post, to the address below.

Important Note:

  1. Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.
  2. Please write the phrase 'SELF SHIP' on the cover of the package.

Courier charge refund:

We will refund to your Faconn wallet according to the following:

  1. Rs.100/- for shipment weighing upto 500gm courier charges will be refunded.
  2. For every next 500gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.50/- courier charges will be refunded.

Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Well get back to you within 24-36 hours.

We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.

  1. In case of refund to Faconn wallet your refund will be credited within 24-36 hours of your product being picked up.
  2. Transfer to original payment method your refund will reach your bank account within 4-7 working days.

If it has been longer, please reach out to us, and we will investigate.

  • Customers can exchange/return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at sayhi@faconn.com and we will get back to you.
  • If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.   • Gift cards/vouchers/Sale products are non-refundable.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • Returns - The product amount and Rs.100/- for courier will be added as points to your Faconn account. If you want the refund in your original payment mode you can write us at sayhi@faconn.com. The shipping charges will only be credited to your Faconn wallet only.
  • Cancellation - If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 4-7 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us with Rs.100/- as cancellation charges.
  • Defective/ damaged in transit – We will replace the product for you without any additional cost but if you want a want a refund we once confirm by the Customer Experience Team and the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
  • Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund as a part amount into the bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at sayhi@faconn.com. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

You can click on the 'Forgot Password' option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

If you do not receive any mail you can also contact us anytime between 11am-6pm. We will help you and resolve the issue.

  • We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to exchange/ return the product.
  • If you still want the tags to be removed there will be no return, refund and exchange on that particular order.

If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at sayhi@faconn.com and immediately call us on our number so that we can add it before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.

Our courier partner will attempt the pick up 3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product up.
